Christmas Vacation - Chuck E. Cheese - Entry #5

Ever since my sister, Livi, and her family moved to the Houston area in 2000, we have shared Christmas Eve together at our house----until this year!  When Livi found out that there was already going to be 20+ at our house without her family, she politely opted out.  She suggested that we get the extended cousins together at Chuck E. Cheese.  So....Wednesday morning (the 22nd) around 11:00 (so we could beat the crowds), we met with our "Wallace Cousins" at Chuck's. What fun!

There were rides in cars:

Isaac and Conner (born 8 days apart and in twin shirts) are cruisin'.

Bailey, Brynley, (two of Livi's granddaughters) and Katelyn take a spin.

Some opted for horses:

Colee

Will enjoying the ride!

Isaac was having a great time.

Go, Cade and Conner

Kate enjoying the carousel

Sometimes they preferred another mode of transportation (not so sure what this is):

Issac and Kate.

Colee rides again.

Some of the kids, BIG and little, enjoyed the arcade games:

Matt (our biggest kid at heart) and Carmen

Hunter is one intense dude.

Becca takes this stuff seriously!

AJ checking out the action and holding on to those tokens and tickets!

Bailey watching Ike and Cade.

Ike (Livi's grandson, Bri's oldest) and Cade

At some point in the middle of all this, we stopped for lunch---pizza:

The Butterfields enjoying lunch.

Isaac chowing down!

"Faster, Mom, feed me faster"....

And...just a bit more fun in the form of fancy footwork:

Bailey and Cade makin' the moves.

Sarah and Hunter getting in on the fun.

"How do I do this, Mom?"

Some more fun was had in chairs:

Colee relaxing just a bit.

"Hey, I like this!"

We had fun visiting with Chuck:

Cade, Jake, and Ike weren't quite sure what to think.

Neither did Kate.

At the end of our time, the kids got to cash in their tickets for their much anticipated prizes:

Look at the tickets AJ had accumulated.  Hunter couldn't  hold all of us either.  Chuck E. Cheese had just randomly thrown some more on the floor so the two boys and Morgan were going after them!

Aunt Falicia helped Anna, Cade, and Becca figure out what they could buy.

And in the middle of all this, Grammy even got a little cuddle time:

Does life get any better?  More to come...
